Medical Equipment Procurement Healthcare Facility Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical equipment under an unquoted lot for healthcare operations. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab procurement regulations. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS and accompanied by bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated amount in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Original bid security must be submitted physically before the submission deadline. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from opening. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Submit electronic bids early and ensure original bid security reaches the procuring agency before the deadline.
