Disaster Relief Food Cooked Food Non Food Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms and vendors for supply of disaster and flood relief items including food hampers containing sugar, pulses, rice, roasted channa, pickle, ghee, salt, spices, dry milk, tea, flour and drinking water; cooked food with transportation to relief camps including chicken curry, rice combinations, vegetables, dal items and roti; and non-food items including cots, mosquito nets, plastic mats, bedding, animal fodder and matchboxes. Procurement through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security fixed at three percent of estimated procurement value and successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to two percent of contract amount.
