Medicines Supplies Repairs Fuel Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for financial year 2026-2027 including - local purchase of medicines - stationery and printing items - ordinance store items - spare parts for vehicles and motorcycles including engine oil and tyres - spare parts engine oil and tyres for diesel vehicles - repair of ILR equipment, ranger meters, electrical equipment and solar systems - firewood, fuel and LPG gas - miscellaneous items - transportation and delivery of medicines to health centres across the district - oxygen cylinders per kilogram - repair of machinery and medical equipment - repair of furniture and related items. Bids shall be submitted by the prescribed closing times and opened on the scheduled dates. Bid securities are required for each category ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 40,000 as specified in the tender notice. Call deposits from scheduled banks in favour of the District Health Officer Skardu are mandatory. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules. Tender documents and estimates may be inspected during office hours. This tender shall also apply to all vertical health programmes.
