It Equipment Accessories Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of IT equipment and IT accessories through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procurement method. Eligible firms and companies must be registered for Income Tax and GST and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bid security of Rs. 130,000 in the form of call deposit or bank draft is required. Tender process shall be conducted electronically through EPADS and bidders must upload scanned bid security while submitting original bid security and sealed hard copy documents physically. Technical bids shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders. Procuring entity reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under applicable procurement rules. Pro Tip: Complete EPADS registration in advance and ensure submission of both electronic and physical bid documents before deadline.
