Academic Reference Books Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of books for different academic departments on duty delivered paid basis. Eligible bidders include prequalified book sellers, publishers and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure on least item cost basis with preference for latest editions and printing years. Bid security of Rs. 438,154 is required in the form of CDR, pay order, demand draft or bank guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and accompanied by original bid security and affidavit. Pro Tip: Offer latest editions and ensure submission of original bid security before the deadline.
