Hospital Supplies Equipment Maintenance Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement on item wise basis including - medicines - surgical disposable items - SSP medicines - dialysis items - laboratory items - digital X-ray film - dental items - general store items - stationery items - printing items - linen items - laundry items - furniture items - transportation of goods - repair and maintenance of lifts - repair and maintenance of HVAC 260 ton system - repair and maintenance of machinery. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules using electronic bidding procedures. Technical and financial bids are required. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost in the form of CDR Pay Order or Bank Draft must be submitted before tender opening. Successful bidders shall furnish 2% performance guarantee. Rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives.
