Hiring Of Event Security And Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of contractors, suppliers, service providers and firms for provision of CCTV cameras, walk through gates, LED displays, establishment of Ramzan Bazar facilities, supply of food items during flood and emergency situations, repatriation support services for Afghan nationals, transportation, catering, tentage, generators, panaflex and other event management requirements during financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue and possess active tax profiles. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost is required and successful bidders shall furnish 5% performance guarantee. Rates must be quoted against each item and complete financial schedules must be submitted. Pro Tip: Carefully quote item-wise rates and ensure all technical and financial documents are uploaded through EPADS before the deadline.
