Laboratory Consumables Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Retender for procurement of laboratory consumables. E-bids are invited from firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA 2014. E-bids must be submitted online through e-PADS. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated amount against each quoted item is mandatory and consolidated original bid security is required where multiple items are quoted. Original bid security must be submitted at the designated office on the day of technical bid opening. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
