Security Arrangements Muharram Operations Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security and related arrangements for Muharram ul Haram 2026. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure using e-PADS. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA, FBR and PRA and submit bids electronically through the prescribed system. Bid security of Rs. 100,000/- in the form of CDR or Pay Order from Bank of Punjab is required. Item-wise rates must be quoted in the BOQ and complete bidding documents uploaded. Original bid security must be submitted before the closing date and time. Non-responsive and incomplete bids shall be rejected. Pro Tip: Upload complete BOQ documentation and submit original bid security before bid closing to ensure responsiveness.
