Medical General Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of local purchase medicines including Sehat Sahulat Program, Zakat and Dialysis requirements - radiological items including X-ray films and chemicals - pathological items - general items - stationery items - printing items - dental items - biomedical gases for financial year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope least cost bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security equal to 2% of the tender amount in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order is required and scanned copies must be uploaded while originals must be submitted before closing time. Eligible bidders must possess valid Pharmacy Council registration, Income Tax and other professional tax registrations. Hard copy bids shall not be entertained. Pro Tip: Upload complete bid documents and bid security evidence on EPADS to ensure responsiveness of the proposal.
