Air Conditioners Procurement Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of air conditioners under a development project. Eligible firms must be registered with FBR, appear on the Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and be registered with KPRA. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure with separate Technical and Financial Bids. Bid Security/Earnest Money of 2% of quoted bid cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank is required. Tender document fee of Rs. 3,000/- non-refundable through Demand Draft/Pay Order is required. Demand Draft/Pay Order and original CDR must be submitted physically while scanned copies must be uploaded through EPADS. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM on the submission date. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure technical and financial proposals are prepared separately and all mandatory registration and bid security requirements are fulfilled before submission.
