Medical Equipment Maintenance Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance contracts including repair and maintenance of X-Ray machines with parts excluding X-Ray tubes and services - repair and maintenance of mobile C-Arm image intensifier with all parts services and X-Ray tube - repair and maintenance of ventilators with all parts and consumables excluding patient circuits. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders including manufacturers sole agents authorized agents distributors and local principals registered with relevant authorities and e-PADS may participate. Bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost for each lot is required in the form of Bank Draft Bank Guarantee CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Bankers Cheque. Technical and financial proposals must include brand and model details. Bid validity shall remain 180 days.
