Medical Gases Laboratory Kits Store Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Bulk procurement of Medical Gases - Laboratory Kits - Chemicals - Reagents - Printing Items - Stationery - Other Store Items - Bedding Clothing - X-Ray Films - CT Scan Films and MRI Films for financial year 2026-2027. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents and sole importers registered with relevant authorities and tax departments. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be followed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items or lots shall be submitted in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque with the technical proposal and original bid security must be submitted before e-bid opening. Bid validity is 120 days. Technical and Financial Proposals must include both brand names and generic names. Hard copies of e-bids are not required.
