Medical Supplies Services Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of Bulk Medicines - Surgical and Disposable Items - Dialysis Items - Laundry Services - Repair and Maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems - Repair and Maintenance of Hemodialysis Machines with RO Systems - General Store Items - Bedding and Cloth Items - X-Ray Films and CT Scan Films for financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items is mandatory and shall be uploaded through E-PADS with original submission to the procuring agency. Successful bidders shall furnish 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order. All applicable taxes shall be included in quoted rates.
