Supply Food Medicines Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply of cooked food, medicines and miscellaneous items on delivery-to-jail-gate basis for convict prisoners and under-trial prisoners of Sub Jail Jamrud, Sub Jail Bara and Sub Jail Landikotal for fiscal year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA and EPADS and provide registration certificates including KPPRA, FBR, NTN, Sales Tax and certificate from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority under Section 15 of KPFSA and HFA Act 2014. Original call deposit receipt equal to 2% of tender value shall be submitted before closing time. Successful bidder shall execute agreement and furnish performance guarantee equal to 8% of contract value. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day.
