Polycarbonate Cards Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 20 million polycarbonate cards without chip through International Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and manual bids will not be accepted. Hard copy of original bid security must be submitted before bid closing time. National and local firms must possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Pre-bid meeting was scheduled at NADRA Headquarters with online participation facility. Bid security is Rs. 64,170,000 and bid validity is 180 days. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM.
