Hiring of consultant for construction of U-turns and service road along Sukkur Bypass N-65 in Sindh North through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Consultancy services related to planning, design, supervision and construction support for road infrastructure works. Bid security is Rs. 3,000,000 and bid validity is 183 days. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately. Bid opening will take place at 12:00 PM.
