Preservation Restoration Improvement Upgradation Hiran Minar Tender Notice
Description
Preservation, restoration, improvement, management and upgradation works for Hiran Minar Sheikhupura Phase-2 to promote eco-tourism, preserve biodiversity and enhance visitor experience through improved recreational spaces. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-3 or above and possess codes BC-02, BC-04, CE-01, CE-10, CE-11, EE-02, EE-04, EE-05, EE-09 and EE-11. Estimated cost is Rs.212.11 million. Earnest money shall be 5% of estimated cost in the shape of Bank Guarantee/CDR in favor of Director General Archaeology. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS. Original earnest money instrument must be submitted before bid closing. Technical bid opening will take place at 02:30 PM. Completion period is 6 months.
