Hospital Supplies Services Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of lab kits and chemicals, X ray films and chemicals, surgical and disposable items, printing and stationery, medical gases, linen items, IT equipment, transportation services, repair and maintenance services, general store items and dental items. Total estimated procurement includes multiple lots ranging from PKR 2,000,000 to PKR 15,000,000 with bid security at 2 percent for each lot. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible manufacturers and authorized dealers may participate through EPADS. Technical proposals shall be opened at 11:30 AM. A pre bid meeting will be held on 07 July 2026 at 11:00 AM.
