Wheat Goods Transportation Tender Notice
Description
Transportation of wheat and goods from PASSCO Punjab zones to Provincial Reserve Centres of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the first quarter of FY 2026-27. Rates are to be quoted per ton per kilometre according to approved distance charts. Bid security of Rs.5,000,000 in the form of irrevocable CDR or SDR is required for each PRC and NRC. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope method. Successful contractors shall provide additional performance security where required and comply with all applicable taxes duties and departmental instructions. Eligible firms must possess required transport fleet, immovable property, bank balance, carriage experience and labour strength. Tenders shall be submitted through E-PADS and opened in the presence of bidders and tender opening committee.
