Annual rate contract for financial year 2026-27 for provision of event management arrangements, rental equipment, catering services, transportation, accommodation and miscellaneous supplies for Muharram, Chehlum, Eid Milad-un-Nabi, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha, Christmas, Ramadan Bazaars, VIP and VVIP visits, open courts, government functions and emergency arrangements. Items include iron sheds, canopies, shamianas, carpets, wooden flooring, sofas, chairs, tables, flower arrangements, water tanks, cloth materials, plastic baskets, sealer machines, gravel, LED bulbs, ceiling fans, LED screens, electrical boards, portable washrooms, water pumps, sound systems, pedestal fans, panaflex printing, rexine, electrical cables, lunch boxes, VVIP catering, generators, air coolers, hotel accommodation, security barriers, vehicles, air conditioning units, SMD screens, CCTV systems, walk through gates, drone cameras, scaffolding, search lights, sprayers, tractors, pickups, uniforms, lighting, mineral water, disposable utensils, packaging materials, flowers, fuel, map printing, document copying, CCTV accessories, refreshment stalls, juices and sweets. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS. Bid security of PKR 1,600,000 in the form of call deposit in favour of Deputy Commissioner Mianwali is mandatory.
