Agricultural Land Temporary Cultivation Auction Tender Notice
Description
Public auction for lease of agricultural land for temporary cultivation for a period of three years covering crop years 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29. The auction includes three plots located at Mouza Kotha Bhola, Tehsil Phalia, District Mandi Bahauddin with areas of approximately 95 Kanal 2 Marla, 96 Kanal and 95 Kanal 14 Marla. Government reserve bid has been fixed at PKR 35,000 per acre. Earnest money equal to 4% of the reserve value is required for participation. Successful bidders shall deposit one third of the first year amount immediately and subsequent yearly amounts shall be payable with 15% annual increase. Participants must produce original computerized identity cards and comply with all auction conditions. Pro Tip: Deposit the prescribed earnest money before auction time and inspect the site before participating in the bidding process.
