Event Management Services Submarine Ceremony Tender Notice
Description
Provision of event management and ceremonial arrangement services for the induction ceremony of a Hangor Class submarine at NSD Ground. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Interested service providers shall submit proposals in accordance with RFP requirements. Bid security of PKR 145,000 is required and proposals shall remain valid for 45 days. Bid opening will take place at 01:00 PM. Pro Tip: Demonstrate experience in large-scale event arrangements, logistics coordination and ceremonial event management.
