Medical Equipment Accessories Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medical equipment and accessories comprising 23 items through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Procurement shall be made under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must have completed three similar assignments, turnover of at least Rs.50,000,000 in three subsequent previous years, active taxpayer status, sales tax registration and must not be blacklisted. Authorization or sole agency certificate from the manufacturer is mandatory. Relevant ISO certifications, local repair and maintenance support, technical brochures, affidavit, warranty compliance and product compliance statements are required. Bid security equal to 3 percent of bid value is mandatory. Electronic bids only shall be submitted through the EPPS system.
