Central framework contract for procurement of cardiac disposables and consumables for financial year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents and sole importers registered on Punjab E-PADS. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security up to 1% of estimated cost is required with technical proposal. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 30-06-2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical and financial proposals shall include brand names and generic names.
