Local purchase of medicines, surgical items and laboratory items for indoor patients. E-bids are invited from medical stores and pharmacies through E-PAD. Bid security of Rs.120,000 in favour of the Medical Superintendent is mandatory and a copy must be uploaded with the e-bid while the original must be submitted before the deadline. Only electronic bids shall be entertained and procurement shall be carried out under PPRA Rules. E-bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
