Miscellaneous Goods Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply and provision of miscellaneous goods and services including hot and cold items - POL lubricants - stationery - printing and publication services - computer stationery - other stores - Muharram duty stores - transport repair services - machinery repair services and furniture repair services for financial year 2026-27. Procurement is being conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through E-PADS on item wise basis. Technical and financial proposals including all applicable taxes shall be submitted electronically. Technical samples and brochures for each item are mandatory and shall be evaluated. Bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated cost of each item is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order and original bid security must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Income tax, sales tax and other statutory deductions shall apply as per government rules. Bid validity shall remain effective up to 30-06-2027. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM.
