Event Management Support Services Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of applicants, contractors, firms, suppliers and service providers for hiring of services including temporary lights, generators, furniture, tentage, canopies, waiter services, marquee installation, air conditioning systems, general purpose items, transportation vehicles, walk through gates, CCTV cameras with linkage to government departments and agencies, refreshment packages, lunch boxes, dinner, hi-tea and related event support services for national and religious events, public meetings, arrival of local and foreign delegations, cricket teams and government meetings. Prequalification shall be conducted through e-PADS and remain valid for one year extendable up to two additional years subject to satisfactory performance. Original bid security must be submitted physically before opening. Proposals shall be submitted electronically and opened at 11:00 AM.
