Procurement of civil works comprising re-construction of a 10 span culvert at Raj Hazrat Wah, Basti Mian Muhammad Haleem, UC Peer Bakhash Khas, Tehsil and District Rajanpur and construction of soling and allied works in various union councils including Hazratwala, Sikhaniwala, Mehreywala, Sahan Wala, Kotla Khan Muhammad, Kotla Esan, Jahanpur, Chak Shikari, Fateh Pur and Rajanpur. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors, firms, manufacturers and vendors registered with PPRA and E-PADS may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS and accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank. Scanned copies of 5% bid security are required to be uploaded while original CDR must be submitted before bid closing. Bids will be opened through E-PADS in the presence of bidder representatives. Additional performance security of 10% including earnest money shall be required where the lowest bid is more than 5% below the DNIT estimate. False information, fake bids or fake bid securities shall lead to disqualification and legal action.
