Description
Provision of meal and uncooked food material for approximately 1130 boarding students of five taken over Madaris and schools at Nangal Sahdan Muridke for financial year 2026-2027. Supply includes rice, meat, chicken, vegetables, grams and other food items according to approved menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bids are invited through EPADS from Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms, general order suppliers and manufacturers. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Bidders must submit bid security equal to 3% of the estimated amount in the form of CDR along with an affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted. Technical bids without required supporting documents, undertakings, bid security documents or affidavits shall be treated as non-responsive. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms shall be opened. Rates shall be quoted per day per boarding student and shall remain applicable throughout the financial year.
