Provision Of Uncooked Food Material For Boarding Students Tender Notice
Description
Provision of uncooked food materials including rice, meat, chicken, vegetables, grams and other meal ingredients for approximately 106 boarding students of Government Jamia Abdul Rehman Bin Aouf City Sheikhupura for financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Rates shall be quoted per day per boarding student for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 390,000 is required in the form of CDR in favour of Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Sheikhupura along with affidavit confirming the firm has not been blacklisted. Only technically qualified firms shall proceed to financial evaluation. Rates inclusive of all applicable taxes shall remain valid for the entire financial year.
