Provision Of Uncooked Food Material And Meals Tender Notice
Description
Provision of uncooked food items and meal materials including rice, meat, chicken, vegetables and grams for approximately 66 boarding students of Government Abu Huraira Mohallah Tayaba Abad Sharqpur for financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rule 33(2)(a). Rates shall be quoted per day per boarding student for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 210,000 is required in the form of CDR in favour of Chief Executive Officer DEA Sheikhupura along with an affidavit confirming that the firm has not been blacklisted. Technical and financial bids shall be processed separately and only technically qualified firms shall proceed to financial evaluation. Rates inclusive of applicable taxes shall remain valid for the entire financial year.
