Framework Contract Laboratory Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of laboratory items for the year 2026-27 including hematology items, laboratory devices, miscellaneous laboratory items and laboratory testing kits. Sealed electronic bids are invited from financially sound firms and agencies appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and subsequent amendments. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only and manual submissions are not allowed. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost of each lot is mandatory in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank and original bid security must also be submitted physically. Representatives of bidding firms are required to appear with bid security before opening. Bid validity shall remain effective until 30-06-2027 and may be extended for three months subject to performance.
