Ration Meat Poultry Horse Feed Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of Dry Ration - Fresh Ration - Poultry and Eggs - Beef and Mutton - Ration for Horses for institutional use for the contract period from 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027. Sealed tenders and quotations are invited from experienced contractors. Tender forms are available on cash payment. Bids must be submitted in sealed covers and accompanied by a call deposit equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Earnest money requirements include Rs.500000 for Dry Ration, Rs.300000 for Fresh Ration, Rs.300000 for Poultry and Eggs, Rs.200000 for Beef and Mutton and Rs.50000 for Horse Ration. Tenders will be opened on the same day and time in the presence of bidders. Applicable government taxes shall be deducted as per rules. The competent authority reserves the right to reject bids under KPPRA Rules 2014.
