Event Management Services Inauguration Ceremony Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of event management services for the inauguration ceremony of Karachi Industrial Park Federal SEZ. Scope of work includes professional event planning and coordination, protocol management, venue setup and arrangements, media management, branding, logistics and execution of all activities associated with the inauguration event. Bidders must be registered on EPADS, be active taxpayers, not be blacklisted or involved in litigation with government organizations and must have successfully organized at least three inauguration events involving Prime Minister, Head of State, Governor, Chief Minister or equivalent dignitaries during the last ten years. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure with technical and financial proposals evaluated under Quality and Cost Based Selection methodology. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-30 at 11:00 AM. Bid security of PKR 1000000 is required in the form of pay order or demand draft. Proposals will be opened on the same day after submission closing.
