Provide design and engineering consultancy services for establishment of a university campus under a PSDP project through a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Consultants shall submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with procurement requirements. Bid security of Rs. 500,000 is required and bid validity is 90 days. Bids will be opened after the submission deadline.
