Hiring of Architectural and Engineering Consulting Firms for design and construction supervision of a regional center building in Loralai. Interested firms with expertise in office or educational buildings are invited to submit technical proposals. Terms of Reference may be purchased upon written request against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 through pay order or bank draft. Technical proposals must include company profile, legal status documents, project experience, client completion certificates, current workload details, audited financial statements for the last three years, bank credit-line certificate, proof of FBR registration, valid NTN, income tax clearance, valid PEC or PCATP registration and a non-blacklisting affidavit. Bids will be opened on the same day as submission. CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications according to law.
