Illumination Main Boulevard Road Corridor Tender Notice
Description
Construction and illumination works for Main Boulevard from Ring Road Roundabout to Butcher Khana Canal Road Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a) Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible engineering firms and contractors having valid PEC License in Category G-4 and above and relevant specialization codes may participate. Estimated project cost is PKR 190,177,076 with completion period of 3 months. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost amounting to PKR 9,508,854 is required in the form of bank guarantee, bank draft, pay order or call deposit receipt in favour of Lahore Development Authority. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately through EPADS and original bid security must be submitted before bid closing time. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders shall be opened after technical evaluation. Pro Tip: This procurement includes road illumination works, boulevard lighting systems, solar LED lighting infrastructure, electrical engineering works, urban lighting development, energy efficient street lighting and roadway illumination installation for public infrastructure enhancement.
