Framework Contract Medical Hospital Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of medicines, surgical and disposable items, UHI medicines, dialysis supplies, X-ray films, radiology accessories, pathology and laboratory materials, miscellaneous items, general store items, dental items, printing material, stationery items and medical gases for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Package wise estimated costs are PKR 6.5 million for medicines and surgical items, PKR 5 million for dialysis supplies, PKR 2 million for radiology items, PKR 4 million for pathology and laboratory materials, PKR 1.5 million for miscellaneous and dental items, PKR 4 million for printing and stationery items and PKR 2.5 million for medical gases. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost for each package is required in the form of CDR, pay order, demand draft or bankers cheque. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately through EPADS.
