Procurement Furniture Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture under ADP Scheme Development of Management Information System for Social Welfare Department across Punjab on framework contract basis for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Estimated procurement cost is PKR 11,495,829 and bid security amounting to PKR 229,917 equal to 2 percent of estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, bankers cheque or bank guarantee in favour of the Additional Secretary Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal Department Punjab. Original bid security instrument must be submitted before bid closing time. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately through EPADS. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office furniture, institutional furniture, workstations, desks, tables, chairs, storage units, furnishing solutions and furniture systems required for management information system offices and departmental facilities.
