Medicines Laboratory Chemicals Medical Consumables Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medicines, anesthesia and operation theatre items, disposable surgical and medical supplies, dressing materials, cotton, surgical gloves, laboratory chemicals, medical gases, ACD bags, artificial kidneys and hospital cafeteria services for provisional allocation, Zakat, Bait-ul-Mal and Sehat Sahulat Program during financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 through EPAD. Eligible firms, distributors, sole agents and manufacturers on the Active Taxpayers List may participate. Bid security in the form of call deposit ranging from Rs.40,000 to Rs.350,000 according to category is mandatory. Bids must be uploaded through EPAD with original CDR submitted before opening. Rates shall remain valid up to 30-06-2027 and bid validity shall be 90 days. Suppliers must provide required registrations, drug sale licenses, KPRA registration and relevant certifications. Supplies for Sehat Sahulat Program must be available round the clock.
