Medical District External Works Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of general contractors for establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District Lahore including Children Hospital-II and Institute of Genetics and Blood Diseases external works. The scope includes development of internal and external road infrastructure, emergency circulation roads, pedestrian walkways, landscape areas, utility infrastructure and public amenities. Prequalification proposals are invited through EPADS from eligible applicants having Pakistan Engineering Council Category C-B or above under PPRA Rules 2014. The estimated project cost is approximately PKR 3,444 million. Proposals shall be submitted through EPADS by 16-07-2026 at 03:00 P.M. and opened on the same day at 03:30 P.M. Only submissions through EPADS shall be accepted.
