Supply Of Food And Catering Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of food items including tea, hi-tea, lunch, dinner, breakfast and catering services for training programs during the year 2025-26. Sealed tenders are invited from firms registered with Punjab Food Authority, Punjab Revenue Authority and Income Tax Department under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical proposals shall be submitted by 13-07-2026 at 12:00 P.M. and opened at 01:00 P.M. on the same day. Bid security amounting to Rs. 140,000 shall accompany the bids together with Punjab Food Authority certificate, Income Tax certificate and Punjab Sales Tax registration. Financial proposals of technically qualified firms shall be opened later.
