Hospital Medical General Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the purchase of X-ray films, hangers, fixtures, developers, radiology items, laboratory items, miscellaneous general store consumable items, miscellaneous general store durable items, dental items, printing materials, stationery items and medical gases for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, suppliers and firms may participate. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS and the original bid security in the form of bank guarantee, CDR, pay order, bank draft or call deposit equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted physically. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at 1:30 PM on the closing date. If the closing date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, submission and opening shall take place on the next working day at the same time and venue.
