Faq Wheat Supply District Jail Tender Notice

Description

Supply of 25,200 kilograms of FAQ wheat free from dust and foreign matter for District Jail Mandi Bahauddin for the financial year 2026-27 covering the period from 11-07-2026 to 24-09-2026. The estimated cost is PKR 2,746,800 with bid security of PKR 54,936. Eligible contractors, flour mills, firms, companies, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with the relevant authorities and E-PADS may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through E-Procurement under Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online through E-PADS by 11:00 AM on 11-07-2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Original call deposit receipt must be submitted physically before bid closing. Bidders shall upload CDR, previous three years bank statements, affidavit on PKR 100 stamp paper, previous three years work orders, CNIC and all required supporting documents. Bid validity shall be 90 days. Successful bidder shall execute a written agreement within seven days and furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 20% of the total contract value under PPRA Rule 56. Wheat shall comply with Pakistan Pure Food Rules 1965 (amended 2011) and Punjab Pure Food Regulations 2018, be supplied in 50 kg plastic bags bearing the supplier's monogram, and be delivered to the jail gate after satisfactory inspection. Applicable taxes, stamp duty, laboratory testing charges and transportation costs shall be borne by the supplier. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate.
