Prequalification For Event Management And Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of applicants, contractors, firms, suppliers and service providers for hiring services including temporary lighting, generators, furniture, tentage, canopies, waiter services, marquees, air conditioning systems, general-purpose items, transportation vehicles, walk-through gates, CCTV cameras with linkage to government departments, and catering including refreshment packages, lunch, dinner and hi-tea for national and religious events, public meetings, local and foreign delegations, cricket teams and government meetings. Prequalification shall be conducted through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Applicants may participate in one or more lots. Original bid security must be submitted physically at least 30 minutes before opening. Electronic proposals only shall be accepted and only pre-qualified applicants will be eligible for subsequent procurements. Prequalification shall remain valid for one year, extendable by two additional years subject to satisfactory performance.
