Hospital Medicines Medical Supplies Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of X-ray supplies, stationery supplies, laboratory items, laboratory reagents, hematology CBC reagents, general laboratory disposables, printing services, local purchase and bulk purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items, medical gases, dental supplies, general store supplies, blood bank supplies and laundry supplies for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered on EPADS. Bids shall be accompanied by original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank, valid for 120 days and submitted physically before the closing date. Bidders shall quote inclusive prices and no negotiations will be allowed.
