Laboratory Kits Medicines Hospital Consumables Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Supply of miscellaneous kits and consumables for Pathology Laboratory, PCR Laboratory, Hematology Laboratory and Histopathology Laboratory, free-of-cost placement of a new Chemistry Laboratory Analyzer with procurement of its kits and consumables, general medicines, miscellaneous surgical items, miscellaneous IT items, stationery and general items, printing of stationery and general items, miscellaneous items for repair and maintenance of buildings and equipment, and miscellaneous surgical items for Radiology. Sealed tenders are invited from firms registered with the Sales Tax Department for GST. A bid security equal to 2% of the total quoted value in the form of a Bank Draft in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 1590, Islamabad is mandatory. Tender documents may be obtained on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 for each tender. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on the respective closing date and will be opened on the respective opening dates and times in the presence of participating bidders. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
