Hospital Supplies Medicines Equipment And Maintenance Servic Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes hospital waste management and waste safety kits - stationery - printing material - ORD items - miscellaneous items - local purchase of medicines, X-ray films, surgical and laboratory items - filling of medical gases - repair of transport vehicles and ambulances - repair of machinery, generators, medical and laboratory equipment - minor repairs in health institutions - purchase of medical and laboratory equipment - food items for indoor patients. Open competitive bidding under GBPPRA Rules 2023 shall be followed. Sealed bids shall be submitted before the prescribed deadline and opened at the scheduled time. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 and category-wise bid security are mandatory. Only registered Form-C firms are eligible. Computerized rates, original non-blacklisting affidavit and required supporting documents are mandatory. A pre-bid meeting shall be held one day before tender opening. The procuring agency may increase, decrease or delete quantities without assigning reasons.
