Miscellaneous Goods Entertainment Vehicle Maintenance Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous goods, entertainment and gift items, and repair and maintenance services for Government vehicles for Governor House Gilgit and Camp Office Islamabad or any other required location during Financial Year 2026-2027. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security in the form of a scheduled bank draft is required as follows: Rs.200,000 for miscellaneous items, Rs.550,000 for entertainment and gift items, and Rs.300,000 for repair and maintenance of Government vehicles. Only registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors having complete operational setup, documentary evidence, adequate stock in Gilgit and relevant experience are eligible. Vehicle maintenance must be carried out at authorized Toyota workshops and arrangements shall also be available in Islamabad. Technical proposals must include one-year bank statement, eight years relevant experience, registration certificate, non-blacklisting affidavit, CNIC, vendor number and contact details. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of the contract amount.
